We use the freshest ingredients without high fructose corn syrup or any other nonsense. All our food is made fresh daily on site in our Myron Mixon M-60 Water Smoker. We start cooking the night before and our food is kept moist by steam while we burn 100% locally sourced wood to impart a rich, smoky flavor on all of our food.

Everything we make is homemade and cooked onsite using our smoker which smokes the meat while the steam from our Myron Mixon H20 smoker.
Our Texas Style Brisket has a generous portion of our beef rub applied before it is slow cooked for 16 hours and then allowed to rest in order to allow the juices to absorb back into the meat. Try it with our Blueberry Beef BBQ sauce.
Our poultry rub is applied before our Chicken is slow smoked for 4 hours. Sold in half and full birds you will love it!
North Carolina style pork shoulders are smoked for hours. After smoking we pull and combine the pork with our vinegar based NC style BBQ sauce. By the pound or sandwich
Our competition style Ribs are slow smoked for 4 hours. We combine our rib rub with brown sugar and honey until they are falling off the bone.
